CONDITION: Unless otherwise noted, each piece is in very good condition, with no missing stones and average wear for its age. However, each piece is vintage, and had a life before making its way to you Please look at the pictures and read the description, condition, and size information carefully.
Necklaces: Most photos show necklaces on a mannequin bust which is small in comparison to a real person. Pay particular attention to the notes, which will give you a better idea of how the necklace will fit.
Returns
You have 5 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, and the item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, send an email to orders@hellosparkly.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. It must be sent fully insured and with tracking and delivery confirmation, and received by us within 15 calendar days from your notice of return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not USA, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union “Cooling Off” Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if when the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus our cost for postage and insurance. Please note that any shipping or brokerage fees/additional costs charged to us in connection with a merchandise return will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying for return postage.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
